Mixing system

the mixing system consists of  inter fix paddle,scrapper mixer and clockwise direction blender,which the retation  speed can  reach 63 times per minute.and the perfect mixing result increase the mixing efficiency and performance,as well as heating efficiency.

Water Tank And Oil Tank

The water tank and fuel tank are pretreated by electric heating and stirring. On the one hand, it is to microprocess the material which is difficult to dissolve. The other is to reduce damage to the main pot.

Operating Platform

Use safe,non-slip oilproot and waterproot operating platform to protect the safety of workers. To ensure that workers have access to the tank for easy handling and dumping of materials.

Middle jacket tank:

1.SUS304, thickness 6mm

2.Working pressure inside jacket 0.25Mpa

3.Can be cooled by cooling /chilling water

4.Insulation media: Aluminum silicate

External tank:

1.SUS304, thickness 3mm,

polished after grinding welds flush

Lid technic:

1.Manhole sealed cover, thickness: 10mm

2.Mounted on the lid: vacuum device, vacuum pressure meter, vacuum sucking valve with material filter, air breather, spices adding bucket, , archon light, sight glass window, cleaning spray ball

Instruction

When running vacuum pump,observe the vacuum pressure gauge in the main pot,once the vacuum pressure is up to the process standard,close the vacuum pump;

If the vacuum pump has the function of setting the vacuum degree,you can preset it so that when the vacuum pump reaches the fixed amount,the pump will automatically stop.

Before starting the vacuum pump,you must ensure there is enough water in the circulating water tank,otherwise the pump would be in damage.

If there is no water sucked into while the vacuum pump starts to work,a sharp noise would occur,in this occasion,please stop the vacuum pump quickly and check if there is water sucked into the pump.

When the vacuum pump is working,it is the best to stop heating(except that heating is within process request).Because during heating,water will volatilize and positive pressure will be produced,making effect on the vacuum degree that even up to 0.5Mpa;
