1.The homogenizing structure made through German technology adopts the inported double-end mechanical seal effect.The maximum emulsifying tatation speed can reach 4,200rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5um.
2.The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate.The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing,which fully confirms to GMP requirements.
3.According to technological requirements,the tank body can heat or cool the materials.The heating modes mainly include steam heating or electric heating.
Application
The machine is mainly applied in such industries as daily chemical care products,food industry,paint and ink,nanometer materials,cosmetic cream,etc.The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.

Water Tank And Oil Tank

 
 The water tank and fuel tank are pretreated by electric heating and stirring. On the one hand, it is to microprocess the material which is difficult to dissolve. The other is to reduce damage to the main pot. 

Operating Platform

 Use safe,non-slip oilproot and waterproot operating platform to protect the safety of workers. To ensure that workers have access to the tank for easy handling and dumping of materials. 
 

Precautions

1. It is strictly prohibited to operate the homogenizer when there is not material in the tank, otherwise, idling of the homogenizer will damage its mechanical seal. Check the water circulating homogenizer sealing ring. Check and add water to the cooling water tank of the homogenizer.

2. Safety valve and gas-pressure meter should be installed in jacket steam.

3. Regularly check if the filter net is intact in case sundries drop into the tank, which make sure the homogenizer could function well.

4. If the homogenizer is stuck, we should turn the power off quickly, then disassemble and overhaul it

If homogenizing machine is double speed motor, select "all high speed" and " all low speed" control buttons.
