Horizontal mixing motor
The mixing motor is designed into the horizontal type in order to save the factory height. The mixing motor is imported from Japan Mitsubishi Company,which can blend the material at the speed of 0 to 63 rotation per minute.
Homogenizer
The homogenizer adopts the technology from American ROSS Company, which can completely mix,blend and homogenize the cream ,paste and ointment at the speed of 0to 3500 rotation per minute.
GMP Artificial stair
The stair adopts the mirror polishing made of SUS.316 stainless steel,meeting with GMP standard.The artificial stair can strongly resist oil,water, viscosity and other slippery substance.
Lifting system
The fixed-type vacuum homogenzing emulsifier is equipped with the lifting system for transporting the heavy materials from the bottom to the platform and the lifting system is also made of SUS.316 stainless steel.
GMP Pipeline
The pipeline is made of SUS.316stainless steel,meeting with the GMP standard. The pipe lie inside can resist oil, cream and paste and viscous substance from sticking and dropping.
Hermetic system
The emulsifying main pot adopts the polish mirroring, whose hermetic system can complete defoaming and material sucking without bubbles staying on the surface.
