Cleaning way of blending tank ：
1) Put the tap water into the tank, and make the lever of water above the homogenizer head then push the homogenizer button and stirring button . Then rinse it .
2)Push homogenizer stop and stirring stop , make the inside water out of the tank , then do the same process again till make the machine clean .
Operation procedures:
1. The machine must be cleaned and sterilized before using. If the machine has not been used for a long time, it needs to be cleaned up before putting into production (For detailed steps, please refer to the cleaning method for blending tank.)
2. Turn on homogenizer, the homogenizer working time is 5-15minutes according to different product and homogenizing method request, Set the working time on the time relay, once homogenizing time is up to setting time, the homogenizing will stop automatically.
