The working principle of a vacuum Homogenizer Mixer is to quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases into another continuous phase using a high shear emulsifier in a vacuum state. The vacuum emulsifier utilizes the strong kinetic energy brought by machinery to subject materials to hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact tearing, and other comprehensive effects per minute in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. It instantly and uniformly disperses and emulsifies, and through high-frequency cyclic reciprocating, finally obtains high-quality products that are bubble free, delicate, and stable.
The vacuum emulsifier is mainly composed of a pre-treatment pot (water pot, oil pot), a main pot, a vacuum pump, hydraulic system, an operating platform, and an electrical control system. After heating, stirring and mixing the materials in the water and oil pots, they are sucked into the main pot by a vacuum pump for mixing, homogenization and emulsification. In a vacuum state, materials are less affected by oxygen interference, which helps reduce product oxidation and deterioration. Meanwhile, high-speed rotation and shear action can refine the raw materials to the micrometer level, forming a stable emulsion system.
Vacuum emulsifiers are widely used in food, beverage, chemical, biochemical, petrochemical, pigment, dye, coating, pharmaceutical and other fields. Its efficient emulsification function can quickly mix oil, water and other raw materials evenly, significantly improving production efficiency. Moreover, due to being carried out in a vacuum environment, the oxygen interference on the raw materials is reduced, which helps ensure product stability and extend shelf life.
