Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier

1.This equipment is specially designed according to the paste making process of cosmetics and ointment products. lt is composed of emulsifying mixing pot, water phase pot, oil phase pot,homogenizing system, vacuum system, electrical control system and so on. 2.The whole process is operated under vacuum condition to prevent the bubble after the material is mixed at high speed and meet the requirements of hygiene and asepsis. The whole machine is manufactured completely according to GMP requirements. 3.The boiler body is welded with three layers of imported steel plate, the material is stainless steel316/304, the tank body is polished by mirror in line with GMP standards .

Mixing Paddle

1. The stirring paddle is equipped with teflon plastic for better scraping materials along the wall. 2.Used for mixing material,prevent material and pot wall uneven fusion, adjustable up and down, easy to clean the pot body.

Homogenizer

Frequency conversion speed regulation, up to 3600 RPM, can accelerate the melting material,make the mixing material more uniform, more delicate.

Water Tank And Oil Tank
