Principle of internal heating filling and sealing machine:
It dissolves the inner side of the hose by heating the temperature, and then uses a clamp to bond the hose to achieve the effect of sealing the tail. The internal heating filling and sealing machine has an additional step of supercooled water.
Advantages of internal heating filling and sealing machine:
(1) Fast heating speed, the inner wall of the hose heats up quickly, and the production speed is fast, reaching 40-45 tubes per minute.
(2) By cooling with cold water, the tail sealing is more aesthetically pleasing and less prone to scalding the hose, solving problems such as exposed inner walls of aluminum-plastic pipes and protruding tail ends of PE hoses.
