You can try adjusting the placement of the mixing pot or adjusting the fire source to ensure even contact between the bottom of the pot and the fire source. In addition, it is possible to choose materials with good thermal conductivity to make the pot bottom and improve heat transfer efficiency.

Secondly, adjust and improve the temperature control system. The instability of the temperature control system may lead to inaccurate temperature control, resulting in uneven temperature. You can check the position and status of the temperature sensor to ensure that it accurately senses temperature changes.
